Emma founded Emblem Training Solutions with a clear aim: to make high-quality, bespoke learning accessible to organisations that are often priced out of it. With a background in education and learning design, she has seen first-hand how often training becomes a tick-box exercise rather than something that genuinely supports people to do their jobs well. Her focus is on creating practical, engaging learning that reflects real working environments. She is particularly interested in how modern tools, including AI, can support design without overcomplicating it. At the centre of everything is a simple belief, everyone should own their own training, and that training should make a difference.  

Laura joined Emblem Training Solutions with a shared focus on making workplace learning more effective, relevant and worth the investment. Having worked in learning and development across both global organisations and smaller businesses, she brings a clear understanding of what works in practice and where training often falls short. She is particularly interested in helping organisations move beyond generic programmes and towards learning that supports real performance and decision-making. Laura takes a practical, people-focused approach, always considering how training translates into day-to-day work. Her goal is simple, to help organisations get better results from the learning they invest in.
