3. Accredited Qualifications and Completion Requirements
The Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) and any other accredited qualifications offered by Emblem Training Solutions are subject to additional requirements due to their regulated nature and awarding organisation standards.

Unless otherwise stated, learners have up to 12 months from their enrolment date to complete all required learning activities, assessments and practical elements of the qualification.

This includes, where applicable:
• completion of all online learning materials
• submission of written assessments
• participation in any required workshops or tutorials
• completion of practical activities, including micro-teaching sessions

It is the learner's responsibility to manage their studies and submit all required work within the 12-month period.
If a learner does not complete the qualification within 12 months, their course access, tutor support and registration may end. Should the learner wish to continue their studies after this period, they may be required to re-enrol onto a future programme and pay the applicable course fee at the time of re-enrolment.

Emblem Training Solutions reserves the right to withdraw a learner from an accredited programme where there has been prolonged inactivity or where awarding organisation registration requirements can no longer be met.
Where a learner experiences exceptional circumstances that may affect their ability to complete the qualification within the stated timeframe, they should contact Emblem Training Solutions as soon as possible to discuss their options.
