Our flagship programme is the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET), a nationally recognised qualification that provides the foundation for delivering effective learning in the workplace, training environment or as part of your own business.
No previous teaching experience is required.

Blended online
Complete three interactive eLearning modules at your own pace, with a live two-hour online workshop after each module for regular support and the chance to connect with other learners. You will prepare for and deliver your assessed microteach online alongside your cohort. One-to-one tutor support is available for assignments and microteach preparation, with personalised marking and feedback throughout.
Blended face to face
Complete all three interactive eLearning modules at your own pace during Month 1. At the start of Month 2, attend a full-day practical workshop in Kent, where you will apply your knowledge through tutor-led activities and begin preparing for your assignments and microteach. One-to-one tutor support is available following the workshop. At the end of Month 2, return to deliver your mandatory in-person microteach and receive personalised feedback.

Fully self-paced
Complete the interactive eLearning modules and assignments at your own pace, with email support and personalised feedback included. If you would benefit from live learning, you can add either tutor-led online workshops or a full-day face-to-face workshop for an additional cost. For your assessed microteach, you can submit a recording or book a place at an online or face-to-face group microteach session.

Bespoke delivery for organisations
A dedicated programme for organisations that want to qualify a group of internal trainers. Choose a five-day face-to-face programme at your premises anywhere in the UK, a venue arranged by us, or blended delivery combining eLearning with tutor-led sessions. Dates, examples and activities can be planned around your team.
