THE PROBLEM
A national training provider needed to develop a comprehensive new Adult Care Worker programme, bringing together complex curriculum, qualification and assessment requirements within a consistent learner journey.
With a substantial amount of development required, they needed additional learning design capacity to support their internal team, while maintaining their existing approach, standards and subject expertise.

OUR SOLUTION
Emblem worked as an extension of the existing team, providing additional learning design and development capacity throughout the project.
We developed a comprehensive suite of workshop materials, trainer resources, learner workbooks, progression activities, assessment preparation materials and marking rubrics, all aligned to the curriculum and assessment requirements.
Materials were reviewed by subject matter experts at key stages, with feedback incorporated into the final resources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
A high standard of accessibility was maintained throughout, with content designed to be clear, inclusive and accessible while still providing engaging and varied learning experiences.
Importantly, the programme was developed as a connected learner journey, with learning building progressively across modules and linking independent learning, workshops, workplace practice, reflection and assessment preparation.
