THE PROBLEM
The client needed a better way to prepare learners before their face-to-face confined spaces refresher, allowing more time to be focused on practical activities rather than classroom-based theory.
OUR SOLUTION
We worked closely with the client’s internal team to transform their existing Confined Spaces refresher content into a structured, interactive CPD eLearning module.
While the original material was technically strong, it relied heavily on traditional slide-based delivery. Our goal was to retain the integrity and accuracy of the content while creating a more engaging, learner-focused experience.
Using a range of authoring tools and learning design approaches, we developed a 40-minute digital module featuring scenario-based learning, knowledge checks and strong visual branding aligned to the client. The course was built as part of a flipped learning approach, helping learners gain core knowledge before attending practical face-to-face refresher training.
