We work alongside your team and subject matter experts to plan the curriculum, sequence the learning and develop the resources needed for delivery. This can include workshop presentations, trainer guides, learner workbooks, digital modules, workplace activities, assessments and marking guidance.
Our experience spans apprenticeships, vocational qualifications, CPD and workplace training. We map learning and assessment materials to relevant standards and awarding organisation requirements, building in opportunities for practice, feedback and progression throughout the programme.
We can develop a programme from the ground up, refresh an existing curriculum or provide additional capacity for your internal team. Where digital delivery is part of the programme, we can also support LMS hosting, learner enrolment and reporting.

Blended online
Complete three interactive eLearning modules at your own pace, with a live two-hour online workshop after each module for regular support and the chance to connect with other learners. You will prepare for and deliver your assessed microteach online alongside your cohort. One-to-one tutor support is available for assignments and microteach preparation, with personalised marking and feedback throughout.

Blended face to face
Get the benefits of face-to-face learning without committing to five consecutive training days. Complete three interactive eLearning modules at your own pace during Month 1, then attend two focused face-to-face days in Kent during Month 2: a practical tutor-led workshop and your assessed microteach day. One-to-one tutor support and personalised feedback are included throughout.

Fully self-paced
Complete the interactive eLearning modules and assignments at your own pace, with email support and personalised feedback included. If you would benefit from live learning, you can add either tutor-led online workshops or a full-day face-to-face workshop for an additional cost. Your assessed microteach is a short teaching session where you put your learning into practice. For your assessed microteach, you can arrange for your tutor to observe you remotely as you deliver your session, or book a place at a live online or face-to-face group microteach session with other learners.

Bespoke delivery for organisations
A dedicated programme for organisations that want to qualify a group of internal trainers. Choose a five-day face-to-face programme at your premises anywhere in the UK, a venue arranged by us, or blended delivery combining eLearning with tutor-led sessions. Dates, examples and activities can be planned around your team.

Choose the delivery route that best fits your schedule, preferred way of learning and the level of support you need. Each route leads to the same nationally recognised Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
